Seikaku 中国語 Chūgokugo Petty Knife/Steak Knife
Blade with a core of Japanese AUS10 steel with a rust-resistant outer layer. This knife is sharpened (serrated edge along the entire length) and hardened. The knife has a beautiful Suminagashi (damascus) protective layer.
