These sturdy kitchen scissors from the Japanese brand Kaneshika are real all-round scissors. The scissors are designed for cutting bones and grates and a nutcracker and the possibility to write lids of jars with the handy tabs on the bottom of the scissors.
The blades of these scissors are made from maintenance-free high-quality rust-resistant steel and the handle is made of injected zinc (Die-Cast) and are chrome-plated. With die-casting, metal, such as zinc or lead, is pumped into a steel mold under high pressure. The mold determines the shape and details of the product.
The scissors are easy to disassemble without tools so that they are easy to clean and easy to sharpen.
