Daimon-ya series Deba.

Blade made of Japanese stainless steel from the 下村工業 (Shimomura Kougyou) factory. This short, thick knife was developed for splitting meat and fish and is widely used in Japan for preparing whole fish. This knife is sharpened on one side and can only be used for left-handed use.
