Daimonya series Deba.

Blade made of Japanese stainless steel from the 下村工業 (Shimomura Kougyou) factory. This short, relatively thick knife has been developed for cleaving meat and fish and is widely used in Japan for preparing whole fish. Because this knife is sharpened on one side, the knife can only be used for right-handed use.

  • Thickness: 3 mm (relatively thin for a Deba so the knife can also be used as a regular cutter for thicker meat and fish)
