Chinese style vegetable knife (Chinese Cleaver) made of laminated Japanese carbon steel. This knife is intended for embossing vegetables and for cleaving meat. (not suitable for splitting bone and bone, you must use a Deba for this). The blade is manually sharpened and has no thickening which makes grinding very easy. These knives are forged manually in a small forge in Seki.
