Very nice professional cutting board made from traditional Ginko wood (Japanese nut tree, ginkgo, temple tree or duck leg (Ginkgo biloba, synonym: Salisburia adiantifolia Sm.) Originating from the Kyushu region.Ginko wood is light brown in color, has a fine grain and is in highly resistant to wood rot and exterminating insects.
