Chinese Bunka (vegetable knife) from Shi Ba Zi
Chinese style Bunka of 40Cr13 steel (rust resistant). This knife is intended for chop cutting vegetables and for cleaving meat and fish. (not suitable for cleaving bone and bone, for this you must use a Deba). The blade is manually sharpened and has no thickenings which makes sharpening very easy.
