This beautiful damascus steel Japanese scissors from MCUSTA is the absolute top model of Silky MCUSTA. The scissors are not designed as kitchen scissors but are suitable for cutting paper and textiles. These scissors are the ultimate paper scissors. The scissors are made of very high quality rust resistant VG-10 steel with an outer layer of 32 layer laminated damascus steel which continues into the handle. The scissors are completely handmade and feature a beautiful butterfly ("butterfly") pattern. Due to the high hardness of the steel (Rockwell hardness of 59-60), these scissors remain sharp for a long time.
