Kagemitsu Minogawa Nakiri (Blade Only!)
This double-edged blade is crafted from three-layer Sanmai forged stainless steel and features an AUS8 stainless steel core. The expert technique of Seki craftsmen ensures a razor-sharp edge thanks to their meticulous finishing process. This traditional Japanese vegetable knife is designed for both fruits and vegetables. Cutting techniques for vegetables range from fine strips (Julienne), small cubes (Brunoise, Macédoine), to thin slices (Emincé) and diamond cuts (Chinoise).
Thanks to the rust-resistant steel, these knives are resistant to oxidation and require no additional maintenance.
