Kagemitsu Minogawa Kiritsuke Gyuto (Blade Only!)

This double-edged blade is made of three-layer Sanmai forged stainless steel and an AUS8 stainless steel core.
The expert technique of Seki craftsmen ensures a razor-sharp edge thanks to their meticulous finishing process.

Thanks to the rust-resistant steel, these knives are resistant to oxidation and require no additional maintenance.
