Double-sided sharpened blade made of special Japanese SLD magic steel (hardened to 62 HRc). The blade is extremely thin and manually sharpened and has no thickenings, making sharpening very easy. This knife is delivered without a handle. You can select a suitable handle yourself or manufacture it yourself.

The knife is designed to cut fish, meat and vegetables and is the most sold kitchen knife model.
