Tosa Kumoboshi Aokami Nakiri,
Blade made of non-stainless Japanese Aogami #1 Blue steel with two layers of non-stainless steel for the outside (Sanmai forged). This knife is completely forged by hand. A nakiri (greeting knife) was primarily developed for chopping vegetables. The last photo shows a regular nakiri of 150 mm to indicate how big this nakiri is!
