Kurosaki Senko SG2 Santoku (universal knife), 165 mm
Kurosaki Senko SG2 Santoku,
This Japanese Santoku knife has a core of Japanese SG2 steel. This rust-resistant steel is considered one of the best steels for kitchen knives. This knife is completely hand-forged by master blacksmith Yu Kurosaki and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has no thickening, which makes sharpening very easy.
