Compact collapsible diamond sharpener
This compact straight sharpener is provided with a layer of diamond powder on a steel base layer, which means that knives can be set particularly quickly. The sharpener is double-sided and has a coarse diamond grit of # 600 and a fine grit of approximately # 1200. These sharpening bars are somewhat coarser than ceramic sharpening bars and it is therefore not advisable to use this bar daily. This compact and easily collapsible sharpener is ideal for traveling and is very suitable for pocket knives, hunting knives, fishing knives or axes. We recommend a longer bar for kitchen knives.

Knives that are really blunt or damaged cannot be sharpened with this sharpening rod since this rod is too fine for that. For this, preferably use a Japanese water stone with a coarseness between 100 and 400.
