These very special handles are made by our woodworker and are unique.
- Length: varies from 13 to 15 cm
- Size L: suitable for Gyuto, santoku, nakiri, yanagiba, etc from 160-240 mm
- Shape, octagonal or D-shaped (see photo)
- If the handle has a D-shape, it is important to attach the handle correctly, so for left-handed use, the handle must be placed in a different way.
