Daimonya series Yanagiba.

Blade made of Japanese stainless steel. This long, thin knife has been developed for cutting meat and fish (sashimi) and is widely used in Japan for preparing fish for sushi/sashimi. Because this knife is sharpened on one side, the knife can only be used for right-handed use.
