Kurosaki Senko SG2 Sujihiki,

This Japanese fish knife is sharpened on both sides and has a core of Japanese SG2 steel. This rust-resistant steel is considered one of the best steels for kitchen knives. This knife is completely hand-forged by master blacksmith Yu Kurosaki and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has no thickening, which makes sharpening very easy. A Sujihiki is the typical Japanese fish knife. It is a long and thin knife for slicing fresh fish (Sashimi) or for slicing roast meat.
