This Japanese chef's knife has a core of Japanese SG2 steel. This rust-resistant steel is considered one of the best steels for kitchen knives. This knife is completely hand-forged by master blacksmith Yu Kurosaki and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has no thickening, making sharpening very easy.
