Miki M100 Shogun series: Santoku

This Japanese santoku knife is made from Japanese Molybdenum / Vanadium carbon steel (non stainless) in the core. This double-sided sharpened knife has been sharpened manually and has no thickening which makes grinding very easy. A Chu-santoku knife is a typical Japanese knife that is often used by people with smaller hands, because of its shape and very low weight, this knife is ideal for cutting meat and fish, but also for Chopping vegetables and herbs.
