Taiwanese Bunka (vegetable knife) from Jiubao Li

Chinese style Bunka of 4Cr13 steel (rust resistant). This knife is intended for embossing vegetables and for cutting meat and fish. (not suitable for cleaving bone and bone, for this you must use a Deba). The blade is manually sharpened and has no thickenings which makes sharpening very easy.
