Tosa Shuryoku chef's knife, 210 mm

This Japanese Gyuto has a core of Japanese Aogami Super carbon steel with a beautiful hammered protective layer (Sanmai) on the outside. This double-sided sharpened knife is provided with a stainless steel protective layer. This knife is completely hand-forged by the masters from Tosa and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and manually sharpened and has a western handle with forged bolster. Shuryoku (主力) means "workhorse" in Japanese, this knife is a real beast and made from one of the best and hardest steels from Japan.
