Shimomura TU-9001 Santoku

The Shimomura knives are manufactured in Japan. They have a very good price/quality ratio. The blade of this knife is made of rust resistant Japanese Molybdenum Vanadium steel and is equipped with a forged stainless steel bolster and a handle of black pakka wood. This universal knife is ideal for cutting meat and fish and is also very suitable for embossing due to its height.
