Kurosaki Shizuku AS Nakiri,

This Japanese vegetable knife has a core of Japanese Aogami Super carbon steel. This steel is seen as one of the best types of steel for kitchen knives. This double-sided sharpened knife has a black (Kurochi) protective layer. This knife is completely hand-forged by master smith Yu Kurosaki and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and sharpened manually and has no thickenings which makes grinding very easy.
