Tsunehisa Aogami Super Gyuto,

Blade of very special non-rustproof Japanese Aogami Super steel that Sanmai is forged with two layers of rust-resistant steel. Aogami super steel is praised by many knife lovers for its extreme tool life (sharpness retention). Despite the extreme hardness, this knife is less susceptible to "chipping" than other Aogami or Shirogami steels.

This specific line of Tsunehisa knives are made in the same smithy as the Akifusa and Haruyuki knives, the sharpness and quality are guaranteed.

A Gyuto is a standard chef's knife and is designed to cut fish, meat and vegetables.
