Miki M106 suminagashi Nakiri 165 mm

This Japanese vegetable knife has a core of Japanese VG10 carbon steel (stainless) with stainless Suminagashi (16-layer pattern forged) protective layer. This double-sided sharpened knife is completely hand-forged by Miki Hamono's forge and is unique in its kind. The blade is very thin and sharpened manually and has no thickening, which makes grinding very easy. A Nakiri knife is the typical Japanese vegetable knife, because of its shape this knife is ideal for embossing vegetables and herbs.
